Hallo und Willkommen auf meiner Website! Mein Name ist Konstanze Veit und ich bin staatlich geprüfte Fremdenführerin. Seit vielen Jahren vermittle ich Kunst und Kultur an Kinder und Erwachsene und bin Kunsthistorikerin und Kulturgenießerin.

Aufgewachsen bin ich in Klosterneuburg, studierte und arbeitete in Wien – diese Stadt ist meine zweite Heimat.

Ich bin leidenschaftliche Spaziergängerin, liebe es stille und unbekannte Ecken zu entdecken. Genau diese Ecken will ich Ihnen zeigen!

Meine Stadtführungen ergeben eine gute Cuvée: neben Kulturgeschichten, Gesellschaftspolitik und Stadtleben, bereichern Kunst und Architektur das Bouquet, unterhaltsame G’schichteln und spannende Lebensgeschichten sorgen für einen guten Abgang.

Hello and welcome to my website! My name is Konstanze Veit, and I am a State-approved Austrian guide. For several years now, I have worked to convey culture and art to both children and adults as I am an art historian and lover of culture. I grew up in Klosterneuburg, and studied and worked in Vienna – this city is my second home!

I am passionate about walking through the city, where I love to discover quiet spots and little-known corners. And I want to share these spots with you!

My tours are like fine wine: the initial taste is of cultural history, social policy, and urban life; the bouquet gets enriched by art and architecture; and an exciting finish is provided by amusing anecdotes and thrilling life stories.

AGB

Geltung

Folgende AGB gelten zwischen der Fremdenführerin* (Konstanze Veit oder ihr Ersatz) und der Kundin*. Die Kundin muss die AGB bei der Buchung bestätigen und ist für die Einhaltung dieser verantwortlich bzw. verantwortlich dafür, dass die AGB von ihr und den Teilnehmerinnen, für die sie gebucht hat, eingehalten werden.

Buchung

Die Bestellung einer Tour kann mittels E-Mail, Webformal oder telefonisch erfolgen. Konstanze Veit verpflichtet sich die Buchung schriftlich zu bestätigen. Dadurch wird der Auftrag fixiert und ist für beide Vertragspartnerinnen verbindlich.
Alle Änderungen der vereinbarten Tour müssen schriftlich per Mail bekannt gegeben werden. Änderungen der Personenanzahl und Preisanpassungen sind bis spätestens 48 Stunden vor der Tour möglich.

Honorarvereinbarungen

Übermittlung des ausgemachten Honorars in bar oder per Überweisung bis spätestens 14 Tage nach der Durchführung der Leistung. Abweichungen dieser Zahlungsmethode müssen vor der Leistung schriftlich vereinbart werden.

Stornobedingungen

Alle Stornierungen und Terminverschiebungen müssen schriftlich bekannt gegeben werden.
Bis 10 Tage vor dem vereinbarten Termin ist die Tour kostenfrei stornierbar.
Bis 48 Stunden vor dem Termin, werden 50 % des vereinbarten Honorars in Rechnung gestellt.
Bei Stornierung innerhalb der letzten 48 Stunden vor dem Termin oder bei Nichterscheinen muss die Kundin 100 % des Honorars begleichen.
Terminverschiebungen sind bis 2 Stunden vor dem ursprünglich vereinbarten Termin möglich.

Garantie und Wartezeit

Ist Konstanze Veit verhindert, organisiert sie selbständig einen gleichwertigen Ersatz und wird die Kundin darüber rechtzeitig informieren.
Beide Vertragspartnerinnen verpflichten sich bei Verspätung der anderen bis zu 30 Minuten am vereinbarten Treffpunkt zu warten. Die voraussichtliche Wartedauer muss per Telefon bekannt gegeben werden. Im Falle der Verspätung der Kundin wird die Wartezeit in die Führungsdauer eingerechnet. Konstanze Veit wird mindestens 15 Minuten vor dem Beginn der Tour am vereinbarten Treffpunkt sein.

Haftung

Grundsätzlich gilt: Die Touren finden im öffentlichen Bereich statt, Konstanze Veit übernimmt keine Haftung für die Teilnehmerinnen.
Konstanze Veit behält sich die Möglichkeit ein, die Tour spontan abzuändern oder zu verkürzen, bedingt beispielsweise durch Verkehrsstau, Wetter, Bauarbeiten, Überbevölkerung der Plätze, o.ä. Wenn es aus solchen Gründen zu Verlängerung der Tour und dadurch zu Unannehmlichkeiten für die Kundin kommt, kann Konstanze Veit dafür nicht zur Rechenschaft gezogen werden.
Konstanze Veit verpflichtet sich den Ablauf (Dauer, Steigungen, Stiegen, etc.) der Führung zu Beginn mit der Kundin abzusprechen. Die Kundin kann Einwände aussprechen, etwa wenn es um mobile Einschränkung einer Teilnehmerin geht. Konstanze Veit wird auf diese entsprechend eingehen und bei der Tour beachten.
Bei Verwendung von Fahrzeugen wie bspw. Fahrräder während der Tour, ist die Kundin für sich und die Teilnehmerinnen verantwortlich. Ebenso müssen die Kundin und Teilnehmerinnen Unfälle aktiv vermeiden und bei Konsumation von Getränken oder Speisen auf ihr eigenes Wohlbefinden achten. Konstanze Veit kann nicht zur Rechenschaft gezogen werden, wenn es beispielsweise zu allergischen Reaktionen kommt.
Konstanze Veit beachtet das Urheberrecht des Anschauungsmaterials.
Die Kundin muss Film- und Tonaufnahmen mit Konstanze Veit im Vorhinein absprechen und die Veröffentlichungsarten kommunizieren und ggf. akzeptieren, wenn es nicht erwünscht ist.
Stellt Konstanze Veit technische Hilfsmittel zur Verfügung und diese werden durch unsachgemäße Verwendung in Mitleidenschaft gezogen, dann muss die Reparatur oder der Ersatz des Gerätes von der Kundin bezahlt werden.

AGB-CONDITIONS

Validity

The following terms and conditions apply between the tour guide* (Konstanze Veit or her substitute) and the customer*. The customer must confirm the terms and conditions when booking and is responsible for compliance and for ensuring that the general terms and conditions are observed by her and the participants for whom she has booked.

Booking

A tour can be booked by e-mail, online or by telephone. Konstanze Veit undertakes to confirm the booking in writing. As a result, the order is binding for both contractual partners.
All changes to the agreed tour must be made in writing by email. Changes in the number of people and price adjustments are possible up to 48 hours before the tour.

Fees

Payment of the agreed fee in cash or by bank transfer must be made no later than 14 days after the performance of the service. Deviations from the payment method must be agreed in writing before the service is rendered.

Cancellation conditions

All cancellations and postponements must be made in writing.
The tour can be cancelled free of charge up to 10 days before the agreed date.
Up to 48 hours before the appointment, 50% of the agreed fee will be charged.
In the event of cancellation within the last 48 hours before the appointment or no-show, the customer must pay 100% of the fee.
Appointments can be postponed up to 2 hours before the originally agreed appointment.

Guarantee and waiting time

If Konstanze Veit is unable to attend, she will independently organize an equivalent replacement and will inform the customer in good time.
Both contractual partners undertake to wait up to 30 minutes at the agreed meeting point if the other party is late. The expected waiting time must be made by telephone. If the customer is late, the waiting time will be included in the duration of the tour. Konstanze Veit will be at the agreed meeting point at least 15 minutes before the start of the tour.

Liability

The following applies, as the tours take place in the public area Konstanze Veit assumes no liability for the participants.
Konstanze Veit reserves the right to change or shorten the tour spontaneously, for example due to traffic jams, weather, construction work, crowding in some places, etc. If the tour is extended for such reasons and this causes inconvenience for the customer, Konstanze Veit cannot be held accountable for this.
Konstanze Veit undertakes to discuss the course of the tour (duration, gradients, stairs, etc.) with the customer at the beginning. The customer can raise objections, for example when it comes to mobility restrictions on a participant. Konstanze Veit will respond to them accordingly and take them into account during the tour.
When using vehicles such as bicycles during the tour, the customer is responsible for himself/herself and the participants. Customers and participants must also actively avoid accidents and pay attention to their own well-being when consuming food or drinks. Konstanze Veit cannot be held accountable if, for example, allergic reactions occur.
Konstanze Veit respects the copyright of the illustrative material.
The customer must arrange film and sound recordings with Konstanze Veit in advance and communicate the types of publication and, if necessary, accept her wishes if this is not desired.
If Konstanze Veit provides technical aids and these are damaged through improper use, the repair or replacement of the device must be paid for by the customer.
